Have you been told changing your child’s diet won’t help?

Have you tried a new diet or supplements but didn’t see the results you wanted?

Are you overwhelmed with trying to find the right option while caring for your family and managing a busy schedule?

I’ve been in your shoes and I understand your frustration with the conflicting nutrition advice you’ve likely received. As a mom to 5 children, I also understand how important your child’s health is.

How is my approach unique?

Functional medicine is a systems-based approach used to identify systems in the body that are imbalanced. Practitioners use integrative solutions to help clients create optimal health. As a functional nutritionist, I help you identify nutritional imbalances and create personalized treatment plans to support your child’s best health. I specialize in pediatric nutrition and cognitive health and support the entire family on the journey to better health.

My motto is “Small changes, big results.” I won’t overwhelm you with expensive labs, unnecessary supplements, or crazy fad diets. Instead, I offer a focused, evidence-based nutrition plan based on your child’s needs. I ask every client to commit to doing the work necessary to reach their goals. In return, I commit to supporting you every step of the way.

What’s it like to work with me?

  • We’ll spend 60 minutes in our initial session going over your child’s comprehensive health history, goals, obstacles, and lifestyle. I want to give you plenty of time to be heard and make sure I have a big picture view of your child’s health. You’ll fill out an intake form before the session so we can spend more time focusing on your child. The information you provide in that form will also allow me to research nutrient imbalances prior to the appointment and provide you with a few action steps you can implement immediately.

  • At our first follow-up session, I’ll present you with a nutritional treatment plan that includes personalized diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations and the resources you need to be successful.

  • Additional follow-up sessions are for continued support, troubleshooting, and adjusting the diet and supplements as your child’s needs change, and health improves. I also offer 30-minute if you need a short appointment to adjust supplements or extra support.

  • Don’t live near Spokane, WA? I offer phone consultations, so you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home.

  • By the end of our partnership, I’ll have empowered you with the education and tools you need to maintain your child’s progress and build a foundation for positive, lifelong changes.

What you won’t get:

  • A cookie-cutter approach

  • Unnecessary supplement recommendations

  • Fad Diets

  • Complicated procedures or labs

  • Hidden costs
